Tiger Technology was co-founded by Alexander Lefterov, chief technology officer and vice president of development. Lefterov is presently responsible for all product development functions, including coding and delivery, in addition to direct management of the development team for the company's flagship product, metaSAN.

For the past ten years Lefterov has earned a reputation as an industry leader, spearheading development efforts that have brought groundbreaking collaborative storage solution technologies to market. As the amount of digital storage required supporting new advances in today's digital world continually intensifies, Lefterov originally conceived of metaSAN as a way to overcome the limitations of traditional SAN management.
