Tiger Technology is proud to announce the availability of version 3.3 of metaSAN, metaSAN iSCSI, metaLAN Server, and metaLAN with support for Mac OS 10.5.6.

New in version 3.3:

  • (Mac) support for Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.7
  • (Win) Automatic Backup of the LDM Database
  • (Mac) Automatic Snapshot of HFS+ Volumes' Metadata
  • Identifying the Metadata Master by Machine GUID

Fixes in this version:

  • Support for Apple Intermediate Codec on NTFS SAN volumes
  • Mac OS X Members normally mount and work with striped NTFS volumes on GPT disks whose allocation size is different from 4096
  • Improved support for NTFS volumes on Mac OS X Leopard members
  • Improved Performance of Linux SAN Members on NTFS Volumes
