metaSAN 3.3 release with support for Mac OS 10.5.7

Tiger Technology is proud to announce the availability of version 3.3 of metaSAN, metaSAN iSCSI, metaLAN Server, and metaLAN with support for Mac OS 10.5.6.
New in version 3.3:
- (Mac) support for Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.7
- (Win) Automatic Backup of the LDM Database
- (Mac) Automatic Snapshot of HFS+ Volumes' Metadata
- Identifying the Metadata Master by Machine GUID
Fixes in this version:
- Support for Apple Intermediate Codec on NTFS SAN volumes
- Mac OS X Members normally mount and work with striped NTFS volumes on GPT disks whose allocation size is different from 4096
- Improved support for NTFS volumes on Mac OS X Leopard members
- Improved Performance of Linux SAN Members on NTFS Volumes
- Linux SAN members can normally mount HFS+ volumes on GPT disks over the Fibre Channel
- Improved metaLAN Performance on Mac OS X and Windows Vista
- Setting File Security on the root of a HFS+ volume
- Using HFS+ volumes on disks with sector size 1Kb or 2Kb
- Mac OS X SAN member can normally write to a HFS+ volume mounted over the Ethernet

All 3.x users are eligible for a no-charge 3.3 upgrade. In order for 2.x users to be eligible for a Major upgrade, ALL their site licenses must be covered under Subscription.
