Tiger Box1 SSD is in a class of its own when it comes to simplicity, performance and sophistication. To deploy Tiger Box1 SSD in your facility you simply need to connect the client computers via 1 Gb/10 Gb Ethernet or 8 Gb/16 Gb Fibre Channel, then access Tiger Box1 SSD via a web browser to download and install the client software.

Once you turn the appliance on, its RAID storage becomes instantly available to all connected clients. There’s no need to activate client licenses. The Tiger Box1 SSD driver software ensures consistent and uninterrupted high-speed access, file arbitration and zoning.

All performance metrics, storage settings and statistics can be controlled/viewed by any computer through the web interface, which is accessible from any device on the same network with a web browser.

Using built-in projectStore you can create any number of virtual volumes with Avid bin locking capability.

If Tiger Box does not detect file activity for a few minutes, automatic defragmentation of the file system will kick in. As soon as Tiger Box detects activity, it stops defragmenting.
