Role Overview
Optimizes Tiger Technology’s sales processes and enables our team to achieve revenue goals. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams.
CRM Management & Data Integrity:
- Maintain and optimize CRM system (HubSpot) for accurate data capture and reporting.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
Forecasting & Analytics:
- Own revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis to support strategic planning.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve sales performance.
Enablement & Training:
- Support onboarding and training for sales teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop documentation and playbooks for consistent execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Finance on quota setting, compensation plans, and revenue recognition.
- Work closely with Marketing on lead management and attribution reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within a SaaS company.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV).
