Can I use my existing cloud storage?
Yes! Tiger Bridge works with any public or private cloud storage, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and even your private cloud. You're not locked into any particular storage.
How quickly can we get started?
Most businesses are up and running in under an hour, once they have their selected cloud ready. Our simple installation wizard guides you through the process, and configuring your first sync folders is intuitive and quick.
What happens if we need to change cloud providers?
Tiger Bridge is cloud-agnostic, so you can migrate between providers or use multiple providers simultaneously. This gives you flexibility and prevents vendor lock-in. Tiger Technology's professional services is another great avenue to perform cloud migrations.
Are premium professional services and support included in my plan?

How is Tiger Bridge different from Dropbox or Google Drive?
Tiger Bridge does not include cloud storage per se, instead it gives you the flexibility to use any cloud for your needs. With Tiger Bridge pay-as-you-go model, you only pay for what you use, so you avoid unnecessary storage provisioning. Finally, Tiger Bridge preserves the native file formats, so it is fully transparent to all your applications.

What is managed capacity?
Managed capacity refers to the total amount of data on the source which is tracked by Tiger Bridge.
Is a credit card required?
Yes, a valid payment method is required to activate your license.
Is the payment process secure?
Yes, your credit card information is collected and stored securely by Stripe, industry-leading payment platform, designed with utmost security in mind.
Can I pre-pay for managed capacity?
Yes, you can do that and get a discount. Minimum commitment of 10TB required. Contact our sales team for more details.
